I’d like to share a story first published in Chat It’s Fate magazine, a glimpse into my lifelong connection with Spirit and how those experiences guided me toward the unique healing art of Solestry.
After training as a reflexologist, I was shown how to weave my psychic abilities, channelling and intuitive guidance into my work with the feet. This powerful combination became the foundation of my path into Solestry.
Solestry, also known as foot reading, is a form of intuitive assessment that reveals emotional patterns, personality traits and life challenges through the feet.
Although it shares some similarities with palmistry, Solestry focuses on:
By observing these features and tuning into psychic awareness we can gain deep insight into a person’s emotional wellbeing, life story and spiritual path. Solestry is a powerful tool for healing, clarity and self‑understanding.
My journey with Spirit began when I was 16. One evening, the atmosphere in my bedroom shifted from light to electric, and I felt a presence move behind me, unmistakably not of this world.
During a spirit‑board session with a friend, a guide stepped forward and introduced himself as White Feather, a Native American shaman. That moment opened the door to a lifelong relationship with Spirit.
With White Feather’s guidance, I began channelling messages from angels, goddesses, ascended masters, fairies, spirit animals and other beings. I helped lost souls pass over, supported by a growing awareness of the unseen world.
Years later, during my reflexology training, I discovered the profound emotional and energetic stories held within the feet. When I combined this with my psychic gifts, Solestry was born.
I began offering foot‑reading sessions and parties, where I could see everything from work stress and relationship patterns to past‑life wounds, health imbalances and emotional blocks — all through the feet.
The accuracy was astonishing, and the insights often life‑changing.
In Solestry, the feet act as a map of your inner world:
Each toe represents a different aspect of life:
Skin conditions, bunions, verrucas, nail shape and even nail colour all carry symbolic meaning.
The feet reveal stress, joy, trauma, personality traits, life lessons and spiritual messages, often more clearly than words ever could.
Today, I teach Solestry to students around the globe and continue to offer readings for those seeking clarity, healing and deeper self‑understanding.
Like tarot or astrology, Solestry is a tool for insight, but one that works through the body, intuition and Spirit combined.
Our soles truly do reveal our souls.
